I was given a project of 100 square meters in a shell condition, consisting of only two concrete walls, a 4-meter high ceiling, and one glass facade. I was given free rein to design the space, so I decided to create five offices, a meeting room, and a waiting area. I used glass facades for all the offices to provide a sense of lightness and space. I installed a chiller-based air conditioning system, allowing each room to control the temperature independently. The CEO’s office and the meeting room are separated by a glass partition, emphasizing the project’s clean and elegant design. It was important to me to maintain a classic and sophisticated look, reflecting the luxury and functionality of the offices.
